Chequered puffy sleeves blouse

Black and white chequered puffy sleeves top with an asymmetrical ruffle falling down the left side of the waistline. All the edges of the panels on the top are biased with black and white tape. Open zipper at the back for fastening and strings at the neckline in the back.
